I could never tell.
I could never comprehend what it feels to be free. I know I am free, yet caged. I am caged by myself, my thoughts, my inhibitions, my short comings to name a few. There indeed is freedom to do almost anything, and yet not everything. Sky has always been the limit, if only I knew how to fly.

Perhaps, it’s the familiarity that drowns oneself into the ocean comfort. The familiarity of the routine, of how things seem to be working, of not expecting much; never more but occasionally less. It seems peaceful where you may sit down, stretch your legs on the table in front of you while you sip that hot coffee you just made while you think that you could do this forever, and maybe you might as well. There is almost a routine to what to expect, what not to expect and also, you have a blueprint of the unexpected. While this may seem or be the best place under the given circumstance, there is always a little more a little more outside the confinements of the box we drew around ourself inside this bubble of comfort. The unfamiliarity can be scary place to be, but that is where the magic lies. And no one knows what kind of magic that is until one steps into the unknown, outside of the confinements of the comfort. There is always risk, risk of getting hurt, of failing, of things not working the way they should be. But that is what life is all about, taking chances whenever possible and making the most of it. And more importantly learning at both extremities, and everything in between. There would be no point if we don’t learning. Having said that there is always this constant voice that would tell us to why take that chance with a philosophical note, “If it works, why change it”.

But then again what if it turns out even better than expected. The only thing stopping is that one small step towards fighting the inhibitions and come out of suffocating bubble we have created around us.
